Learning transfer
The TNO places a primary emphasis upon ensuring that all learning is transferred into tangible and measurable actions in the workplace. We work intensively with clients to design processes and activities aimed at sustaining and supporting personal and collective learning.

To achieve this we provide:
- Coaching - The opportunity for individuals to review their own personal effectiveness, build their self awareness and identify clear personal development goals and actions as a key ingredient of personal growth.
- Learning evaluation - The application of a distinctive learning evaluation model containing a template of actions, learning reviews and applied activities to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and performance improvements in the work place.
- Action learning - Action learning sets that allow groups of learners of learners to come together around common business challenges in order to actively apply their learning, extend their personal development and demonstrate tangible commercial outcomes from their work
The most effective learning transfer is achieved by applying a combination of the above approaches and is greatly enhanced where learning outcomes are linked into the organisation’s wider processes for personal development planning and performance management.
