Global leadership

The TNO provides challenging learning and development activities to rapidly enhance the leadership & management capabilities of individuals undertaking complex roles at all levels in global organisations.

We believe that there are two broad strands of leadership opportunities available to individuals in organisations:

  • Personal Leadership – a choice individuals make irrespective of their precise job role to stand up and positively influence, improve or change a situation
  • Organisational Leadership – a defined role where an individual is explicitly required to demonstrate leadership on behalf of their enterprise

International leadership
